Milatovic
Announces Retirement,
Special Election Set For February 17
January 20, 2010 -- First Vice President Pat
Miltatovic surprised SLACE members assembled at
the January monthly meeting when he announced his
retirement from the St. Charles Police
Department.
Milatovic's retirement will create a vacancy on
the SLACE Board of Directors. A special election
to fill the unexpired term for the First Vice
President's position will be held at the next
monthly meeting, set for February 17. The First
Vice President's term expires in December, 2011.
Nominations for First Vice President may be
emailed to Sergeant-At-Arms Gary Schlottach at gschlottach@florissantmo.com. Nominations may also be
made at the February 17 meeting, prior to the
election.
The location for the February meeting will be
announced soon.
