Green
Energy Class Slated
For July 14 In Kansas City
July 1, 2010 -- The Heartland Association of Code
Enforcement (HACE), in conjunction with the
Missouri Association of Code Enforcement (MACE)
are offering a Green Energy Class July 14, 2010
from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Kansas City, MO.
IBEW Local 124 presenters are Rick Rodriguez,
Chris Way and Justin Brockway. Sign-in begins at
12:30 p.m. The cost is $15 for MACE/HACE members
and $30 for non-members (includes MACE/HACE
membership).
Attendees will receive .4 Continuing Education
Units (CEU's) at the completion of the class. If

Linda Morrison
Appointed
New HACE Treasurer
March 18, 2009 -- As municipalities continue to
struggle with reduced revenues during the current
economic crisis, many of us face the possibility
of layoff. That possibility occurred for a member
of the HACE Board of Directors last month.
Treasurer Jeff Vogel (who also served as the MACE
Third Vice President) was laid off from his
position with the City of Belton and has resigned
from his position on the HACE board.
Linda Morrison, Code Enforcement Officer for the
City of Riverside, has been appointed to the
Treasurer's position for HACE. We thank Jeff
Vogel for his service to both MACE and HACE and
we wish Linda the best of luck in her new role as
HACE Treasurer. |
